All Rosa Dame creations are handcrafted, and availability is subject to design timelines, artisan capacity, and raw material supply.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) for Indian customers and U.S. Dollars (USD) for international customers, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary due to design updates, raw material fluctuations, market conditions, or currency exchange differences.

Rosa Dame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on rosadame.shop constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is deemed accepted only after written confirmation from Rosa Dame.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or description errors

• Payment discrepancies

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded or adjusted accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the product (ready-to-wear, made-to-order, or couture) and destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Rosa Dame is not liable for delays, losses, or re-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

• Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are shipped via registered courier partners with tracking available.

• International Shipping (U.S. & other countries): Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local regulations.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may incur custom duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, which are solely the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.

Product Policy

Each Rosa Dame creation is handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to natural fabric differences, lighting conditions, or artisanal techniques. These are not considered defects.

• Made-to-Order & Couture Garments:
  Extended production timelines apply. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated during checkout.

• Sizing:
  Size charts are for guidance only. Slight adjustments may be required based on personal fit preferences.

Payments

All payments must be made through secure payment gateways available on rosadame.shop.
We do not collect, store, or retain sensitive payment data such as credit/debit card details.

• Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

• International Payments: Accepted via international gateways supporting USD and global cards.

• Domestic Payments (India): Accepted via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Rosa Dame maintains a strict no-return policy for change of mind, fit, or preference.

Exceptions apply only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as outlined in our Return Policy.
All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing proof (photo or video).

• Order Cancellations:
  Not permitted once production has begun, especially for customized or couture items.

• Refunds:
  Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on rosadame.shop, including product designs, images, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Rosa Dame.

Rosa Dame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and the United States, depending on the customer’s country of residence.

• For Indian transactions: Jurisdiction shall lie in the courts of Punjab, India.

• For U.S. and international transactions: Disputes shall be governed under Texas State Law (U.S.), with jurisdiction in Austin, Texas.

Amendments

Rosa Dame reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
