Cancellation And Refund

At Rosa Dame, each order is treated with the same care as our couture pieces — thoughtfully prepared and carefully handled. We understand, however, that sometimes plans change.

 Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please email us at care@rosadame.shop with your order ID.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may choose to initiate a return within 30 days (see our Return Policy).

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Customized and couture pieces cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • If an order includes both standard and couture items, only the standard item may be eligible for cancellation.

 We believe in fairness — balancing your convenience with the exclusivity of our craftsmanship.
